Complaint

  • A complaint is a received message from a customer or client expressing dissatisfaction over the delivery of services or the ongoing or completed assignment.
 
  • An appeal is a received message about dissatisfaction with a decision taken within the business RPC and that has impact on the client´s situation, such as the issuance of the certificate of inspection or certificate of conformity.
